Playing with contrasts, painting lights over darks and darks over lights, is an easy way to get going again without thinking or judgment. As you go, visible remnants of the early layers emerge, creating a rich history of your process and adding so much to your story. It’s a cool trick to get out of the way of yourself and bring the work back to life!
