REFUND POLICY
Due to the popularity of Art2Life workshops, we recommend signing up as early as possible to secure your spot, which requires a deposit that is 1/3rd of your total workshop fee. If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to fill you spot. We usually have a waiting list for our workshops and we will do our best to fill your spot in order to refund your deposit.

We highly recommend travel insurance for your airfare and workshop fees in case you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. We use and recommend Alianz Travel Insurance.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
For deposits and payments, we accept all major credit cards and personal checks. If you opt to pay by credit card, once your deposit has been processed, your remaining payment(s) will be charged to your credit card according to the schedule below. You will be notified of all charges and be sent a receipt via email.
If you prefer to pay by check, you will be notified via email or phone when the remaining payments are due. Please make check(s) payable and mail to:

SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS
Deposit due upon workshop sign up. Your deposit is 1/3rd of the total workshop fee and is non-refundable, unless we can your spot is filled by another attendee.
2nd payment due 150 days from sign up (2/3rds of the remaining balance)
Final payment due 60 days prior to workshop (remaining balance)
All payments are non-refundable (unless the workshop is sold out and your spot your spot is filled by another attendee – once the new attendee has paid in full, your refund will take up to 30 days to process)
